1. Global Air-Freight Delivery
Every machinery shipment undergoes a sterile packaging checklist and is dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. We coordinate directly with reliable global air-freight networks to offer standard courier services straight to your workspace address, with zero added delivery costs.

2. Sterile Product Swaps & Refunds
Due to strict medical sanitation regulations, individual cartridge blister-packs and steel-grips cannot be refunded once their sterilizing packaging barrier is broken or opened. If you receive an incorrect cartridge configuration or wish to return unopened gear, we support complete refunds within 30 days of shipment receipt:
- •All returning packages must reside inside their original, sealed cardboard container.
- •We provide printable pre-paid freight labels for any eligible sterile inventory return.
- •Refund processing completes back to your original Stripe card within 5 business days of depot validation.
3. Two-Year Core Replacement Warranty
We are dedicated to supporting professional tattooing. Every Poseidon machine (brushless direct-drive systems, digital OLED panels, smart battery units, and motor cams) is covered by our full 2-year replacement warranty from the date of studio delivery.
In the event of an electrical short, mechanical friction increase, or battery capacity reduction below 80% within 24 months, please initiate a return swap. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement unit immediately with priority air shipping. There are absolutely no repair wait-times; we execute direct-replacement swaps.
